Pros

- Decent training - Parking lot with lots of available space. - Hardware and software you would use seems to be top notch. - Met a pretty great co-worker there.

Cons

- An unprofessional, high school and ghetto-like environment. Trainers are swearing and letting trainees swear. Almost everyone you see are dressed in very casual clothing (Jeans, hoodies, jackets, t-shirts). People are sleeping in class with their phones out even after they're told to put them away. You'll see many people running around and acting like teenagers during breaks. It's clear they're hiring everyone who walks through their doors, even if they don't meet the requirements of the position, and they will be paid the exact same as you do. - Call center rules are also strictly enforced here. (Timing of breaks, absences, cell phone policy) - The pay is not worth the amount of work that you're expected to put in and deal with. - Pitiful benefits. - Short breaks. - Recruiters talk about work life balance, but you'll quickly realize the company offers no balance outside of those two days off you have every week. Even if you call in sick or have an emergency, it will still be used against you because of their "point system." It's clear that you're being treated like a number, not a person. - Earlier reviews stated payroll issues... Guess what? This place STILL has payroll problems, folks. Don't believe any of the recruiters for one second if they tell you that those problems are all in the past. I'm inclined to believe that the company is doing some really shady and illegal practices with payroll. As a response, I've contacted the department of labor to solve my current issues with pay. - Floors look dirty, and there are bed bug warning health signs placed in the building. I did not want to take my chances. Minor Cons: - One of the speed bumps in the parking lot is higher than the others, and it can bottom your car. I had to steer away from this bump every time I pulled into the lot. - Break room looks depressing, and a lot of the foods and drinks there are overpriced.

Pros

None, everything about the company is fake. Much like a magic act with smoke and mirrors.

Cons

Payroll. Promote to demote. All about who's behind you kiss in order to move up.

Pros

Entry level employees can become promoted rather quickly with the right effort and professionalism. Its easy to stand out. However....

Cons

the team manager and any salaried position is well below the industry average for this area. its a resume builder at best and not a long term strategy for employment.
