Good work culture with free Friday lunch. Bootcamp, Friday quiz makes team bonding across departments well. Values agile principles. Friendly people and willing to help others. Very collaborative environment. Professional and personal training allowance and time off for self improvement. Plenty of annual leaves and carer leaves.

Cons

Below average payscale and slow career progression. People leaving very often because of better offers elsewhere and shortage of talents in the market.
