Great people to work with. Good work-life balance if you want it to be. Good benefits like personal and professional development allowance and equipment. Very supportive and understanding during the pandemic. Compensation has recently improved.

Cons

It's up to you to make sure you are progressing in your career. Depending on the project/s you work on and with the learning and growth will be different. Like any other agency the supply of varied projects varies.
