Pros

Call volume from the company contract I was on was not too bad. Around 20 - 30 a shift. Management was pretty chill and not hounding you all day. Pay was average.

Cons

Pay could be a bit more especially for the contract that we take calls for. metrics is what all depends on your schedule. Schedule changes every 3 months. While on calls, if you have an issue you have to chat about the issue or try to get in touch with a higher tier and sometimes they are so rude about even if you're new.

I loved the fact I did the resume, speed test, the assessment and I was emailed 2 days later telling me they had a job offer for me without a interview, and that they want me to come to a informational job offer session tomorrow and I am pretty pleased. So I am thinking I have the job hopefully, so we shall see tomorrow at 130pm ESt
