My account didn't include interviews. You will just be assessed through a test called "APTIS"

Cons

There isn't much growth potential for career advancement as CSME's are numbered, TL's aren't demanded as well. Your only real "progression" would be to be up skilled from simple IOS and iPadOS devices, you will now handle subscriptions and macOS but won't reap the benefit of pay.
