      Character and integrity of leadership; Dedicated to growth of company and professional development of staff.

      Cons

      Great work environment, love working with other CP employees.

      Cons

      The gym in the basement is kind of like a dungeon, no windows - but it's free so I really shouldn't complain.

      Great Place to Work and Grow Professionally

      Pros

      Collaborative atmosphere that values employees. I've seen the progression over time of additional perks added for employees to make their lives easier and more enjoyable. From company picnics, free lunches, stocked kitchens, discount programs. The thought and care given to helping employees be successful is greatly appreciated.
