Concept Plus is a growing small business that is making investments in their employees through training programs and mentoring. The CEO walks the floor and interacts with employees, the directors care for their employees and ensure each have meaningful work.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons so far.

Pros

They have a lot of opportunities for training and personal growth. Supposedly the atmosphere at the main office is great.

Cons

They have to deem you worthy in order to get training. If you're not at the main office, you're almost invisible.

Please contact HR with any suggestions you may have for improvement in that area. As for training, we are currently developing a more robust training program. Stick with us while we get that going. Pros

I have learned so much over the years, and I ALWAYS get recognized for my hard work and accomplishments. No company has ever provided me with the opportunities to grow my career quite like Concept Plus all the while maintaining my sanity! CP is my second family! Great people, great products, and a great future here!

Cons

Personally, there are not many, this the first company I've been at where I'm not thinking about my next move.
