Pros

Concept Plus is a very welcoming and friendly environment to work in. The work itself is challenging and rewarding. I have never been happier in an office environment. Everyone on the management team acknowledges the hard work and dedication each individual puts forth to make the entire company successful.

Cons

No real downside to working here.

I have learned so much over the years, and I ALWAYS get recognized for my hard work and accomplishments. No company has ever provided me with the opportunities to grow my career quite like Concept Plus all the while maintaining my sanity! CP is my second family! Great people, great products, and a great future here!

Cons

Personally, there are not many, this the first company I've been at where I'm not thinking about my next move.

Pros

The people at Concept Plus are some of the smartest and most dedicated people I've ever worked with. Since I've been here I’ve learned a lot and gotten to work with some pretty cool modern tech (node.js, backbone/marionette, angular, .net core, mongodb). There are opportunities at CP to learn and move up for those who are willing to work hard. Management takes an interest in employees' career goals and will actively help achieve them.
