I've worked here for almost a year now, have learned so much, and have been recognized for my hard work and accomplishments. No company has ever provided me with the opportunities to grow my career quite like Concept Plus all the while maintaining my sanity! Great people, great products, and a great future here.

Cons

The lead architects work too hard, but they have never required it of me. They are almost too generous with their time and helpful for anyone looking to learn.

Pros

I've been working at CP for over 4 years and hope to continue working here for a long time. The management team is great and is always willing to expose employees to the latest technologies and highly encourages innovation. The management team and everybody who works here is what really makes this place great. CP is one of the few places where employees are extremely smart, respectful to others and make every day fun and enjoyable. I always look forward to coming into work.

Excellent Experience at Concept Plus!

Pros

Concept Plus really cares about people, both customers and employees. They strongly believe in a culture that treats people like real human beings instead of just a cog in the machine and they back up that belief by spending money on it. I feel valued and respected for what I bring to the table.

Cons

There are not many, this the first company I've been at where I'm not thinking about my next move. If I needed to pick something, it would be that some departments work better as a cross-functional partner than others.
