Pros

Concepts NREC AND ESOP are growing and staff are excited. Job stability is great! Many new things happening and newly appointed CEO who was COO prior to this move has great vision. Good benefit package. Annual reviews and merit increases. Good communication with the overall team. Great diversity - love the work.

Cons

Wish the ESOP had grown at this rate prior to now - was a slow start.

Impressed with the support for each other as we work through project challenges. I have seen excellent collaboration across disciplines that has been a key contributor to recent successes.

Cons

Lack of a 401k match, but good to see the growing potential with the ESOP
