Pros

Freedom to work at home in many roles, flexible work hours, fascinating customers and, in general, very good people to work with.

Cons

Company not well managed at the top, not making appropriate investments. Pay not in line with other similar companies.

Benefits, company is growing, good work environment with flexibility for good work life balance. Very interesting work!

Cons

No 401K match but we do have an ESOP that is growing quite quickly.

Pros

Very talented & high-skilled group of people who genuinely care about customers. Always open to new ideas for technology collaborative projects. Spirit of small business is alive which means that everyone plays a critical role to meet customer expectations. Family-oriented; management is supportive of work-life balance.

Cons

Business direction can take a few surprise turns sometimes - maybe an opportunity to show more transparency. Employees are expected to "roll with the punches". We survived some tough times together.
