      Pros

      They allow autonomy amongst the teams and strong motivated individuals excel. Focus pays off, work pays off, heart also pays off. It’s nice to see a company that rewards the true value of work.

      Cons

      The clubs are too far apart. But makes for fun life if you choose to transfer from one property to the next.

      Pros

      The personality of the higher-ups that they hire are great. Myself, other works, and club members would mesh well if a new higher up is hired. Manager, Assistant, Food/Floor Manager, etc...

      Cons

      I had more General Managers than I had years working at this company (6) and was constantly discarded by whoever was new that summer despite having more experience with members at the pool and the club in general. Really turned me off from working there by my last year.

      Awesome environment with lots of autonomy, leaders really empower you to think for yourself but help with projects as needed. Great company culture, always looking at what’s best for the members and staff at clubs.

      Cons

      Can be long hours certain times per year.
