      Simple, but fun

      Pros

      If you enjoy a fast pace company that is constantly growing, then you've found it. The team is super friendly across the board. They are helpful when needed, but constantly busy. This drives a lot of growth internally and promotions are earn properly. I do not like working corporate jobs, but I love this company and all the teammates. Plus, benefits are decent and pay is ok.

      Cons

      Very fast pace to the point things can get messy. I prefer more analytical research before pulling the trigger on new projects, but this team works so effectively there is no time. Only real complaint is workload to staff member ratio is an issue, but then again where isn't it.

      Pros

      CGP offers competitive starting wages, flexible scheduling and opportunity for grow within our expanding company. Many employees start as hourly staff and are promoted through the ranks to salary and management positions. Department heads are given support at the club and corporate level. Employees with a creative spirit and nose for revenue growth will prosper in this setting.

      Cons

      This is not the company for passive managers and employees. The expectation is one of engagement and expertise understanding your market and business conditions that lead to success at the club level. You must be able to speak to your product and communicate strengths and weaknesses in your department or club.

      High quality clubs and focused leadership

      Pros

      Spend a lot of money updating the clubs. The management runs the club to grow membership and supports the sales team heavily. Each club is very high end and put out a good value for their members. Very focused and driven while providing the flexibility for our team to succeed. High achievers are compensated extremely well with no caps on commissions.

      Cons

      Very tough labor market to find seasonal staff.
