Pros

Great place to get a foot in the door for analytics. Lots of opportunity to grow in the company if you're positioned on the right team. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Doesn't offer competitive pay based on the industry. Certain departments are undervalued and difficult to move up in. Portland is a beautiful city to live in.

Great culture and supportive leadership. Focused on customer centricity.

Cons

I suggested a scaleable solution architecture to save time and money. The goal of this solution was to improve the performance and resiliency of operational systems. This suggestion was well received but didn't gain any traction due to the complexity of disruption to existing processes and the functional unit responsible for technology implementations was already overloaded with work at the time.
