Poor Work Life Balance

Pros

The non-executives are nice people to work with.

Cons

The CEO, Bruce, would rather have employees work in an empty, newly rented office space, keeping a virtual tally of those entering the space instead of allowing employees to work from home. If employees work from home too much, they must not be working at all, in his opinion. The company wants worker bees to come in, do the work, and die once they have drained you of enough resources.
