Pros

Work from home or hybrid if you are local

Cons

Horrible benefits, low pay and a toxic work environment. During my employment someone “left the company” once every two weeks. They don’t have enough technical resources for you to do your job effectively and their leadership is so busy, they don’t have time to care about helping or managing you. Every time I met with my leadership he told me I was doing a “good job”, then a few months after my father unexpectedly passed away, he let me go for “work performance” without any warning. They will use you as cattle or a scapegoat. Beware, they have plans for a rebranding so they may go by a different name soon.
