Some of my colleagues were very knowledgeable, although most if not all had left.

Cons

In my 2 and a half years I had 3 Help Desk managers and 2 CIOs. Management is all over the place, the Akron office has been neglected for too long. Treatment of employees by IT management is the worst I have ever experienced.
