Pros

If you work under Operations, this company has it together. Amazing people who work closely together to keep the company running.

Cons

Behind the times with pay and technology. The Private Label Marketing team lacks integrity, humility, and an overall moral compass. Leadership will demand so much of the employee; they are worked beyond mental exhaustion, with little regard for work-life balance. Sadly, they speak a good game about having your back during interviews and later never showing up when it matters.

Pros

Remote but changes after your hired. Coworkers.

Cons

Not told of total job duties until hired. IT continually issues. More time spending on IT problems and handling untrained daily IT tasks no time to manager people. No training above 1st line reps. Responsible to train on the the run. Then weekly team calls my from management saying disappointed and why not up to speed. Management above you admits same thing happen when hired fend for yourself. Stay away from company. Now going to system conversion from 5 systems to 6 system middle of February. Says easier but all agents say so confusing and training for a few hours in each. Then unit manager given no assistance but having to spend hours on IT problems team meetings regarding coding and agents responsible for are neglected. Grow to fast and IT just as lost but turnover at top two IT executive's left in last two months. I wonder why!!! Stay away from this nightmare. Great people are overworked and needing to handle areas of problems rather than complete their daily workload!!! Manager work 10-12 hours everyday at forced to work weekends and avg hourly with salaries less than all reporting too. 90% scared old Signet employees inherited when company bought their low scores customers scared to leave cause of hourly levels from 20-28 years at Signet. Some first line agents making almost all the same as new management!!! Then agent pressured to work overtime and Saturday and Sunday’s cause so much behind cause of IT and other issues.

Pros

IT is a skeleton crew and they are treated as sub human, don’t matter how much they pay you, you will hate it and all the people here

Cons

Lack of resources. Lack of respect for IT staff. Higher ups are ego maniacs with a lack common sense and planing skills. New Hires are never boarded properly or they wait weeks for permissions to do there Job. To much work for the staff, over worked. Lack of self awareness all round the company. Lack of documentation for improvement critical processes. Disregard for IT needs. Horrible company culture, it’s a lie. My final point is a remark from the CEO of IT services “for all the people that stuck it out in the hard times, stop complaining we don’t need you anymore so leave or get over it”
