New to the area. Opportunities to advance or move laterally. A good start for someone looking to get into credit. Starting pay is competitive in this area.

Pros

The Risk department encourages learning and digging in to data. I was able to learn a lot of new skills and better ways of doing analysis. Also, the people in the Risk department are really great to work with. The company itself is growing really fast and this department offers a lot of opportunity for advancement

Cons

We have some software issues, and the database has ups and downs given the rate at which the size of our data has been increasing

Pros

Low energy environment, no forced overtime or anything. Everyone is pretty chill

Cons

Not a lot of drive. Most people seem content to stay where they are.
