Pros
Many of the employees work hard and want the company to succeed. They will often work long hours to pick up slack from others not sharing that same philosophy.
Cons
Management doesn't know how to motivate employees and keep talent at the company. Some employees are able to goof off or do busy work most of the time and are not corrected, while others are left to shoulder the burden of the ever-increasing responsibilities of the company. Documentation and training are almost nonexistent so the most important secrets of how to keep everything working are stored in only a few diligent minds.
