Weekend schedules are a lot better than we had before. Not asked to work OT. Can now spend more time with my family. No demanding goals like we had before.

Would like some overtime hours.

Have vacation and sick days

They do not have a consistent schedule. They lie about scheduling when hired and you only find out after training what hours you work and days. Work 3 Saturdays per month. Schedule changes when ever they want with no explanation. Favoritism is shown by supervisors to certain employees. Bonus guidelines change and are made harder to achieve. Always adding on to job description but not giving any type of raise.
