Pros

There are still a few great people who care about doing the right thing and doing good work.

Cons

This company will chew you up and spit you out; think long and hard about accepting a position here. Employees are not valued or respected and management (from the CEO on down) are some of the most immature and incompetent I've ever encountered. It's no wonder so many good and smart people have jumped ship. Cut throat environment.

Everything!! Outdated systems, can't keep up with automated dialer, delayed connection to calls..payments take 2 to 4 days to update to accounts so repeated calling to account holders who made payments on accounts 2to 3 days prior to our call is "normal"/ if payment of $150 was made on account that was due $152 calls will be made to account holder up to 6 times daily to collect the past due of $2!!

There is no collaboration. For example; Management will make a decision regarding Partner Support but neglect to inform any other group. Ideas are not received well unless it comes from one of the "favorites" or your manager will present your idea as his.
