Pros

There was none. You could barely take a bathroom break without them questioning you.

Cons

They support racisom. I worked at the fairlawn location and one of the employees made racial slurs and he’s still employed and nothing has been done to him. I can’t support this company. Management is unorganized. The systems shut down everyday! There is always an issue and they send us home and use our vacation or sick time for their computer issues. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone.

Pros

They have free lunch every other Wednesday. Nice office desks with space to yourself. A much needed Smoking area.

Cons

They hire people that have no experience in the field at all of collections or not even a close job related background. Inexperienced management, It makes you wonder how some people got positions they got maybe BACK DOOR FAVIORS. Nothing is organized and most things are done at random or on a whim like its a improv comedy or something. Computer systems always crash and very out dated I felt like I was using windows 95. and Dos mode. The bonus structure sucks cause its capped. I was there for 1 week and already would have hit the bonus cap. People get treated differently than other people there. Some people there get pampered or extensive breaks while other groups get punished for no reason. Acts of borderline discrimination do take place. So they wont call you racists remarks to your face. However they will clearly make it known you will not be treated equally as others. So If you want a job that is borderline discrimination, click orientated like its high school. inexperienced co workers and management as well as being the best worker there and hitting a ceiling on bonus cause your capped then this is the job for you.
