The only pro is you get to assist people with bad situations

Cons

Favortism is bad and certain employees are even allowed to toss fast food packets around if you complain it's bad. The processing system are outdated and crash a lot, customer service is outsourced and every call is a complaint. So many complain ts about retail businesses and icouldgo on.

1 Helping customers get out of collection. 2 Co-workers are polite. 3 Relaxed dress code.

Cons

1 Not feeling as a important part of the company. 2 Pay cut with the transition to the Akron Ohio location. 3 Management respecting employees and showing them how much they appreciate them. 4 Bonus structure changes on a month to month basis and is easy to be disqualified. 5 Bed bugs on 3rd floor (Akron location) 6 No O.T if wanted. 7 Not much opportunity for different position. 8 Schedule isn't flexible for people who are in school or have a second job.

Pros

None. Worked for Signet, 9 1/2 years, this company took over and has been a train wreck ever since. The benefits is the only good thing at this time.

Cons

Outdated systems, training was awful, 3 days total over 3 weeks and then thrown into the job. Is not a good work environment, extremely stressful. They expect you to be perfect, no room for a mistake.
