Culture is tough

Pros

Surrounded by very intelligent, highly motivated and extremely hard working teams. Everyone works to drive towards common goals with deadlines and we meet them.

Cons

The culture has changed over the years. Went from a fun start-up type environment when success was celebrated to a grind; with long hours, little support and the expectation to always be available.

I've worked there for awhile and really like the training Megan, Most of the management staff are very competent and manage well. The job itself is great, bonuses are great and achievable. The Spanish team lead and the floor director are Wonderful and very professional.

Cons

The male trainer made 2 people cry in my class and a one quit out of training. He doesn't really work well individually. Some managers play favorites and have no positive things to say About performance or progress. Be careful what you say and who you say it too, everyone looks out for themselves and will look for reasons to complain to cause others grief.

Good benefits Free company lunch first Wednesday of every month Room to grow within the company.

Cons

Need to be careful with who you are friends with. Atmosphere has changed Company has shown they do not care about employee needs. They do company party in Dec and a Company BBQ once a yr but, in regards to employees personal request/needs, company does not do anything.
