      Cons

      That free lunch is NOT free! This place is not the place to hang your hat. It's the epitome of micro management at every level! There is zero training and no tolerance if you have basic questions of goals and processes. Think twice before you accept an offer. Also you work in a call center environment - don't expect quiet any time soon.
