Pros

Very diverse student population, at least we got free parking in PDX Close to the Max line

Cons

no time to prep- work - work -work Now the students start at 0730-1200 1230-500 1/2 hour lunch break give me a break Administration has no clue what Recruitment is doing or who they are bringing in, if the students have a pulse they are in- it's So number driven. did I mention that the teaching staff is on the bottom of pecking order. If you say anything that might be interpreted as constructive- watch out. Supplies are in short order- seems that new carpeting is more important than copy paper.

Pros

There is room for advancement if you are in with the right people, and that is difficult.

Cons

Very unorganized, causing confusion for employees AND students. No clear direction or guidance. Periodic layoffs due to poor budget forcasting. Treatment of staff.
