Poor campus training and manager does not like the new hires to ask for assistance unless he authorizes it. Harrassed the Representative with group meetings twice a day, putting you in the spot comparing your performance with other Representatives. Chased the Representative if you move from your place to go to the bathroom, lunch room, answer cellphone or ask for help to other fellows. Favoritism to assign new leads and walk-ins. No lead policy protection at all. Coworkers steal your leads from your leadbank or call your students because there is no regulation to protect your job.

The company did a big lay-off back in 2010 and a year after started refilling the positions. The turnover is huge- the average number of hires per year is 800-950 and the company only has around 1000 employees. That is almost the whole staff. The culture sucks, no one is friendly, you cannot voice your opinions, and everything is hush hush. The only thing the company cares about is making money.
