Pros

Amazing opportunities for growth if you make yourself invaluable. There are some truly incredible teams here, and it's all about showing your potential. Lots of fun and interesting events and ways to get involved, great food at the convenient cafeteria, and the reputation of the Conde Nast Brand is impressive to future employers.

Cons

Pay is low unless you leave and come back. A lot of assistants get stuck being temp to perm without benefits due to head count issues, which shows a lack of respect for the employees.

Pros

Great perks, good experience, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, plenty of opportunities for growth, people here are nice and stylish. you are the crème de la crème of the industry- conde opens a lot of doors. Work is challenging but in a good way.

Cons

sucks to be reporting negative numbers every month, business model still relies heavily on print revenue, management reluctant to change (ie new technologies, innovation...etc), pay sucks especially for entry-level employees- working long hours but management refuses to pay them OT which is SO illegal. Cafeteria has great food but so overpriced.
