Pros

You get to work on some of the most of the moment topics along with getting access to the world's best magazines. There are also a ton of perks such as sample sales, event invitations, and lots of fun free fashion stuff!

Cons

Growth is a bit slow compared to other companies. This is probably due to the fact that it is very corporate and there is a lot of structured processes. Additionally there is generally a large gap between levels making it difficult to take the next step or grow consistently within any department.

Pros

Conde is, in my opinion, the best place to work if you want to be in the magazine industry. They have great benefits, interesting staffs, and a challenging environment. Have you seen their cafeterias?? Amazing.

Cons

Well... hours are long! you really have to love what you are doing.
