      Unethical Executive -Steals your work and then RIFs you hide the truth

      -Executive is not qualified for their position. They lack 4-year college degrees or executive experience. They were hired by former CEO because they knew them -Consistent compliants including: discrimination law suits, 360 feedback, personal coaching, and nothing was done to him. -Executive take your work and lies to the new CEO/Board that they did the work. Doesn't even give you or your team credit. He literally cut and pasted work from previous year and submitted it!!! -Executive bullies other executives and direct reports to keep their job -Prefers to works with Indians and not Americans, particuarlly white females. -Little to no work life -Force employees to move to NJ and if they can't due to family or financial reasons, RIFs you. Only after you do a bunch of work that he takes credit for.

      14 an hour is the only good thing

      Work from home is great because I only do work at home jobs

      You get a phone call every 8 seconds you don't get paid enough with what you have to deal with on the job when I had to end up taking off and being on medical leave my supervisors boss threatened to fire me I had to call HR on him for harassment also the insurance that you have to go through call MetLife won't even pay you while you're sick after your first month no matter how much paperwork your doctor fills in and it also feels that there is no room to grow in this company and as it gets later in the day you get more crazy callsI'll put it like this over half the people that call in shouldn't even have a smartphone you get a lot of dumb questions
