      Salary based so consistent pay check PTO plan is average compared to other companies

      Cons

      Took away matching 401k Took away healthcare incentives Will not give promotions/raises Not replacing any directors/managers who leave and expect business to run as usual Lack of morale, no team incentives or individualized incentives No direction on leadership They only care about obtaining more companies and don’t focus or put any effort into the current companies they have Claim to be technologically advanced however continue to utilize old outdated equipment

      Great option to work from home.

      Cons

      Management is pathetic in tier II. I can not work for a supervisor who knows little to nothing about the issues, policies or procedures I face in my role.

      Ability to cross train in multiple disciplines. Training and or knowledge is Portable

      Cons

      Low wage. lack of communication from management. Often have to go over onsite management to get proper pay for offered promotions. your often told its a bilateral move when in fact it is not. There is no pay freeze via HR.
