      They treat employee pretty poorly. They are expecting you not to last long and get everything out of you. I started with 33 people and in 5 months was the only one left.

      Pros

      Better hourly salary rate then other Call Centers in the El Paso area.

      Cons

      Current bonus structure was altered making it more difficult to achieve due to the recent acquisition by Sky View. Added additional sales duties to the Retention agents driven by increased disconnects due to inflated price structure of Cox Communications. Needs systems update. INAV was down frequently. Even though the training was 10 weeks long it still did not prepare you for the floor Supervisors were frequently not available for assistance. Too many codes for different TV packages. These codes could have all been put in the back end making the entire process much easier. Long training curve due to the number and variation of coded needed to learn.

      No 401k match, no wellness incentive, maximum 1 % annual increases. Company does not follow thru on any promises regarding employees. Do not work here.
