      $13.50 an hour. No drug test, I smoke pot.

      Cons

      The training is worthless. I've worked in 4 call centers over 20 years. They have the most inept training I've seen.

      Pros

      Unlimited overtime during open enrollment. A few of the managers looked out for their employees. Others not so much. Semi casual dress code

      Cons

      Low pay for the amount of work that is required. Botched attendance policies. You can be wrote up for being sick if you don’t have PTO, notes from your Dr are not accepted. Rotating schedule. Non open door policy.

      Pros

      - Great and smart people - Middle management really cares about their teams - Work from home

      Cons

      - No raise and no bonuses for years - Be ready to spend your own money on work-related supplies, phone, etc. - The company would not pay out accrued vacation if you leave - Benefits are awful - Management lays off very smart people as part of cost cutting instead of evaluating what these people bring to the table - If laid off and find a job, no severance either (really?)
