      They offer paychecks and benefits.

      Cons

      This company exists after splitting off from Xerox Professional Services and is under management that is downsizing in an effort to save money. Presumably they will attempt to sell this business to someone else in the near future. Conduent is making decisions based completely on the bottom line and lacks any care for individual employees. Furthermore, their 1 - 5 year plan is confused and poorly communicated. This was an extremely frustrating place to work after splitting from Xerox in January 2017..

      None other than it's a job.

      Cons

      Do not value their employees. Little to no availability for internal advancement. No annual raises; cost of living, merit, or otherwise. Below industry standard benefits especially the 401k plan.
