      NONE. Old days were good but new management messed it all up and is hell bent to keep messing whatever little is left.

      Cons

      If there is a content of least employee friendly organisation, I have absolutely no doubt that Conduent would would win hands down. While most successful organizations are moving towards giving me flexibility to employees, here is one which not only denied the occasional WFH we got but asking employees to stay is office for entire 9.5 hours. The middle management sucks and almost have no place for free thinkers. Those who tow the line are considered rewarded irrespective of skill set.

      Pros

      Good pay for call center. Excellent opportunity to advance. Easy performance based raises with excellent bonus structure and incentives. Good support from supervisors

      Cons

      From time to time things get changed with out proper communication from all support systems and are expected to adapt without proper communication or training
