      Pros

      There are hardly any pros to this company besides the employees and some of the supervisors.

      Cons

      Managers, benefits, pay, no raises etc. Do yourself a favor and do not work here. There is no room from growth, work is on a contract basis and you do not get recognized for your hard work.

      salary hasn't increased for 4 years, no opportunity for career advancement other than becoming a TL for the same salary
