Here in Guatemala, the weren't any benefits, they provide the expected salary, and provide a place where you can park your car, those are things that they saw as benefits.

Cons

The schedule was a hard pill to take, we worked for 8 hours straight with 2 "15 min recess" and a 30 minute one, but you couldn't choose when you wanted those recess, they schedule them, sometimes we had to lunch at 10am or even 8am.

They are so absolutely desperate for new hires because they treat their employees so poorly and have such a revolving door problem that they'll take anyone.

Cons

This Job will starve you to death with their wages. Don't let the recruiters lie to you and tell you this is an hourly rate or give you some line about the "Opportunity" to make a good check. This is production based pay and the pay scale is set up such that you will never be able to make more than minimum wage at this job. There is no potential for advancement, no career path, and no reason to stay at this job for any longer than it takes to get another job. I am currently looking for another job along with about half of the other call center employees as well. Don't waste your time with this job.
