- "Fast-moving environment" and "tangible performance expectations" are not buzzwords, it is how this company operates and it requires a driven person to be an awesome fit here (passive people will honestly have a challenge fitting in... this is not the company to try and hide and skate by) - With anything being possible it's sometimes tough to strike the perfect balance of one foot in the now, and one foot in the future
