Each department hosts trainings for their teams, as well as cross-department trainings on a regular cadence so that our entire team is learning and advancing in our fields.

The company really prides itself in being "Drivers." Employees here are all involved at the ground floor and have the opportunity to make contributions not only to our client work but to a lot of aspects within the company structure as well (i.e. process, trainings, etc.) That being said it's a fast-paced environment that is not for everyone. A proactive or self-starter would really thrive here, while someone who prefers a more structured, or a laid-back work environment may not think this is the best fit.
