Pros

Good benefits but expensive. Decent pay

Cons

Cost of benefits not on par with any raises Only 30 minute lunch break for a 12 hr shift. 1/2 hour deducted from pay for meals. Middle management not accountable for bad decisions. Upper management makes much more money that physicians. Management very top heavy. At least 27 VP positions in 2018.

Pros

Coworkers(sometimes)..they start turning into family. Location.

Cons

Short staff..even before Covid. But with Covid it’s starting to turn into a liability. The new CEO is going to run this place down downhill. No support when needed even from directors and assistant directors. Depending on the department nurse techs rarely get a bonus or OT..rather run short staffed than pay their employees. They preach work life balance but their actions speaks otherwise. Same with ICARE.
