Administration is completely detached from the bedside, making rules and protocols that endanger patient care. The administration down to department directors have no problems with running a skeleton crew and overworking their nurses till burn out. The environment is highly polarized in both race and political ideology. Accommodations are made for certain races but not for others.......more shockingly, stand with a political platform goes by against the administration’s platform and you will be terminated. I’ve personally witnessed terminations on completely fabricated evidence. It’s and ungodly crooked organization to work for
