      Pros

      Good benefits, kind of expensive, lots of companies offer discounts to Cone employees

      Cons

      Very strict attendance policy, doesn't matter if it's life and death or not, also, if they think you're too sick to work, no matter what you say, they will send you home for 48hrs and count it against you on their attendance points system. The job load was unbelievable, never get caught up, won't hire additional help, get 'talked to' when you're so far behind you feel like you're drowning instead of offering some help

      Pros

      Awesome coworkers who work hard to care for patients in our communities. They work tirelessly and embrace the iCare values oftentimes working with reduced staff with less than stellar pay.

      Cons

      CEO, low pay, reduced staff, Executive Leadership does not seem to care about the employees. The company tagline is "We are right here with you." We have been super busy for the past 9 months and I've not seen the CEO and Executive Leadership anywhere close to me and my coworkers.

      Pros

      The employees that I worked with were wonderful and top notch.

      Cons

      I was employed at Moses Cone as an ER Urgent care nurse. I was fired with no warning at all for posting a political view on Social Media. They claimed it was in Violation to their social media policy. What Social media Policy????? I was never given one. I was not even offered to see one at the time of my termination. As far as I know there is no policy. Talking with attorneys now hoping and praying that no other Staff gets shafted as I have.
