Pros

Wide assortment of open positions - can transfer after 6 months in current position. Free access to in-house gyms at most locations (charge at ARMC). Employee discounts.

Cons

Anti-white racism is rampant. Management too involved in dramatics to manage well. Inadequate staffing - overworked employees. No respect for experience (hiring new employees at equal pay as experienced workers). Required training outside of typical work schedule.

Great Benefits and discounts. The company wide orientation was well put together and welcoming.

Cons

The training for this department is pretty much non existent. You are not able to voice concerns to management with being labeled negative and brushed to the side. Management often pays more attention to their cell phones during meetings and the day, than the employees.
