Pay for LPNs suck, but I love it on my unit

Can pick up shifts for incentive bonuses, work isn't too bad & management/unit is great

Cons

Pay is not fair. Compared to my RN peers, I make over $10 less than them an hour but I can do 90% of what they can do on my unit. Not fair at all, definitely underpaid.
