The executive team is incredibly toxic and petty. They don't listen to employee feedback, and their decisions are more about personal agendas than what is best for the company.
The CEO is just a figurehead. Talks a lot, but doesn't follow through with any meaningful changes. There's no real vision or direction, just empty promises with no results. I don't think he is the right fit for his role.
The COO is only interested in bringing in people from her previous company, disregarding the hard-working, loyal employees who've been with the company for years. Its frustrating to watch long-term employees be overlooked in favor of people who have no connection to the company's culture or history.
The lack of trust between leadership and staff has created a very toxic atmosphere. No one in leadership takes any responsibility and problems are often swept under the rug.
I would highly advise anyone who wishes to work here to rethink their choices. There are many great companies out there.
