Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, and for your constructive feedback. I do need to highlight that we have not made any lay-offs in 2025. Any exits in-year have been related to restructuring our organization in readiness for future growth, or to individual performance. Not a great outlook

Pros

Some great colleagues. Opportunity to help people change their lives. Salary decent.

Cons

Toxic leadership. Leadership team in-fighting. Senior leadership team tends to hire friends and fire existing staff. Lack of vision and direction for the company. Tactics/focus areas change constantly, seemingly out of desperation. CEO is a nice and well-intentioned guy but not business-savvy. Too much focus on hiring managers instead of people to actually get work done. Frequent mass culling of employees with multiple lay-offs each time across international offices. Feelings of insecurity amongst teams. This is a company that seems to be struggling and is grasping for whatever lifelines it can to stay afloat. On the surface it seems to be a good place to work, but when you're there for even just a short time it becomes apparent that there are bigger issues that are being ignored.
