Hi, We are sorry to hear that you have had some negative experiences during your time at Configit. We are genuinely surprised by the allegations regarding racism, as we take pride in having a very open and communicative culture, represented with colleagues from many different backgrounds and experiences, and more than 25 nationalities. We have an annual engagement survey where you are free to voice your opinions , including if we act according to our values and we also have a Whistleblower mechanism in place, which has never brought any incidents of this nature to our attention. Regardless, we want to assure you that we treat this review seriously, and will look into the issues you have raised.
