Pros
People are highly skilled and they are always ready to help you. It is a good place to learn new technologies. Their own technology and projects are very interesting.
Cons
It is not place to grow and have a carrier. There is not real diversity among the people that takes the decisions ( all white men). Management has changed a lot in the last three years and there is most focused on revenue than the people. No real leadership. There is not pension.
