Processes are followed to maintain code quality. Good bonus compared to other IT companies in Pakistan. You can work on a lot of different technologies . Trips and other activities are regularly arranged.

Cons

Low salaries compared to market. Office space needs improvement, building is quite old. Sometimes you don’t get due appreciation of your hard work.

Below average salaries specially if you have spend few years there. Annual increment is not what it should be.
